He is also well-versed in contractual business, representing clients in joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, investment projects, and reorganizations.
Mark is no stranger to the legal aspects affecting the entire oil and gas value chain. He has worked on upstream exploration and production matters through to the marketing of energy products. His practice also includes management and participation in complex international and domestic dispute resolution matters.
